We work with both. Our approach scales from SMEs that need a first Power BI dashboard or Azure cost review to enterprises that need full cloud migration, PLM integration, or supply chain solutions.
Most work runs as a phased project (Discover → Design → Build & Integrate → Validate & Go-live → Optimise). For smaller initiatives we may agree a fixed-scope package (for example, a specific dashboard or assessment). After the discovery call we propose scope, timeline, and who will be involved on both sides.
We are based in Bengaluru, India, and serve clients globally. Remote delivery and on-site options can be discussed per project.
